POSITION SUMMARY
The full-time chaplain is to Implement and direct Christian ministry for homeless residents,
guests; staff, volunteers, and the Churches.
QUALIFICATIONS
An ordained Priest within the Anglican Church of North America
Endorced or in process of such through the Office of The Bishop of the Armed Forces and
Chaplains
Licensed by the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth
Familiar with the role of Ordained Chaplains in para ministry organizations
A practical knowledge of the Bible and its application
Ability to communicate clearly both written and spoken word
Able to understand and articulate the challenges and solutions for homeless families, men
and women
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the President and CEO of UGM-TC
Demonstrates Christian Hospitality inside and outside of the organization
Is a public spokesman for the programs and services of UGM-TC
Provides the support and training of Chapel Leaders
Responsible for the Chapel Services schedule
Implement and maintain the Spiritual Development Programs for residents and guests
Maintain the Policies and Procedures of UTM-TC
Upholds the Doctrine Statement
Flexible and open to the needs of residents, guests, and staff
